Tara Reid started with commercials in her early years and later was noticed when she appeared on Saved by the Bell: The New Class. Even though her acting abilities have been in the spotlight but it's evident that she's performed her roles with ease. In the course of a couple of years, she got her big break when Bunny was cast in The Big Lebowski. Her career was launched by this film and she began to receive better offers from films like Urban Legend or Cruel Intentions. American Pie, a cult movie about teenage girls and their sexual adventures in love, was one of the factors that brought Reid an Hollywood star. The actress played female character of virgin Vicky in the film. All this did not lead to a hugely lucrative Hollywood career. Reid had a few blunders in films like Josie and the Pussycats. Reid did reprise her short appearance for a brief part in American Pie 2 but it wasn't a huge help to help her career stall. Reid is more famous for her work as a fashion stylist and party girl than she is an actress. This stems from her on-screen mistakes, publicized plastic surgery and a myriad of other blink-and miss performances.
